Growth rate

Hi,
We have a 7 month old Chocolate Lab who continues to wow us with his size.  Typically, when does a lab reach adult size? My house sitter has nicknamed him Clifford the Big Brown Dog!

Hi Mary,

An adult lab should reach his full physical size within the first year. However, now that he is 7 months old - you will probably not see the same rapid growth that you have seen till now.

You might want to consult your vet for enhancing his diet and exercise.
