Question
I have a blk lab who is 17 months old. She has been eating ADULT food for about 6 months. Is this what she should be eating?

Answer
Hello Petra and thank you for your question,

Larger dogs like Labrador Retiever's continue to grow until about 14/16 months of age both inside and out, My lab grew into her large puppy ears at around 12 months of age. Since she is already on adult food you can leave her on it but for the future if you aquire another labrador retriever(or dog of the same size) keep him or her on puppy food until 12/13 months of age.
