Lucinda @ 8 months I have a female labrador retriever of 8 months. She is healthy and now 19.5 inches high. is the height ok? What sort of physical trainings should i start for her?

That is a little on the small size. Most Labs don't grow too much after that age. It shouldn't be a problem for most people.

I would continue to hold off on strenuous, high impact exercises. Stick to walking and swimming. Long walks are fine, just don't push her into a faster pace than she is comfortable or beyond where she shows signs of tiring.
