Frogs/Toads

My Lab was on the patio and was playing cat and mouse with a frog/toad.  Evidently she got her mouth on it.  I brought her in and she started foaming at the mouth for just a few seconds.  I wiped her mouth and gave her water.  She seems fine.  My question is are frogs/toads poisonious to dogs.  I have heard yes and no.

I think there is an invasive species in Florida or Texas that is poisonous.  I don't think ordinary ones are.  You might see what you can find at   http://www.avma.org/communications/brochures/animal_health.asp  I hate to panic you into a weekend vet visit, but the foaming sounds bad.
