Early wake up

Question
My family has a 17 week old black lab.  After the first few weeks waking during the night for potty breaks, she starting sleeping until 5:30 in the morning.  Once up, she would want constant attention until about 7:30 or so.  The past week, she has been waking up at 4:00 am!!  She barks constantly until someone (me) gets up to give her attention.  She doesn't have an interest in food until about 6:15 so I know she's not waking due to hunger.  My vet suggested giving her some Benedryl before bedtime.  Any other thoughts or suggestions?  I can't really let her bark forever because she'll wake up the kids.

Answer
Try to identify anything in the house that might be waking her up, a coffee pot on a timer, water softener, plant grow light, etc.  If you can move it back, it might help.  Does where she sleeps get the morning sun?  Try to block it off.  if she is sleeping in a crate, make sure if you cover it with anything, it is nothing she can pull in and chew.
