Labrador escapes

Hi there, I have an 8 month old labrador female dog who constantly escapes the yard when our gate opens up.  What can I do?

Answer
This is quite difficult.  You can't expect to train the dog not to leave.  I am not sure what the problem is with the gate.  You may need a more secure latch, or tougher yet teach all the people using the gate to squeeze through without letting her out and then close it.
