Weight of my pure bread Siberian Husky

My Siberian Husky is 15-17 pounds at 14 weeks!  Does this mean he is a runt of the litter?  I am wondering because he is not that big yet?

Wow that is tiny. He isn't underweight is he? He is probably just a tiny boy, happens sometimes. It doens't mean that he is the runt. Runts are the tiny ones when they are born. How is his growth plates? He is only 3.5 months. He can surprise you with a growth spurt. -Michelle B ^^
