Black Pimple Remains??

My friend's dog is a 2-4 year old Great Dane purebred, and is all up-to-date with wormings, ect. Lately she has been having what look like pimples. The owner tries to pop them, and the dog flinches, and whimpers a little so you know that it causes her some pain. It does pop, and what looks to be a black worm comes out...like puss, except black. After it's popped, a small hole is left along with some bleeding.

Try treating it as you would human acne or blackheads, which it is very similar too. Keep the area clean., use strydex pads or something similar and wash with physoderm or a similar product twice per day. Use a cream for clearing up black heads.
