Blackness around My Pomeranians Vulva

Question
My Pom for the past couple weeks has been sitting with her two back legs up in the air and rocking, not really scooting, but just rocking back and forth and throwing her head back as if she is trying to get my attention...I thought it was her rear that was bothering her so I took her to the vet and they expressing her anal glands...but she continued to act funny even after that.  I gave her a bath the other night and noticed there was a good amount of black crust around her vulva, I am guessing from dried urine and hair...so I soaked it good and got it off.  Now she is doing her little "attention grabber" more...she doesn't seem to be in any pain, and is urinating just fine with no sight of blood.  Could it be just because I cleaned it and it could be irritated or just feel weird to her, raw even?  I'm really getting worried...Any suggestions?

Answer
I have seen this in a pregnant female or a female that has
just had a heat cycle but if your girl is spayed I am not
sure what is happening.

Keep her clean and rub some antibotic cream on her in case
she has an infection.  You might as your vet to check her
for a kidney infection.
