How often Do I give water?

I have two very beautiful Poms! A boy and a girl. They don't want to potty train at all. We are doing are best though! I know to feed them a few times a day for about 10 minutes each time, so I know when it comes out! But I was wondering if I need to do the same with their water? Or do I just leave the water down all the time so they have access when they need/ want it? They pee all the time and any where they please!

Sounds like you need to work on the housebreaking :o) And they should have water available at all times.

If they are just puppies the housebreaking will come in time and you need to be diligent about it.  Check through the arcives for tips on housebreaking.
