Boston Bull Barking/Aggression

Our Boston, Ragalliegh (Rylee)9 mo./23lbs, is a high energy female who loves everyone.  She is very seldom crated, except 8hrs. per night.  Lately,she has started barking and jumping ay us whenever she wants to play and we don't comply. She grabs forbidden items, clothing, newspaper, etc and runs trying to tear it apart. She barks loudly, jumps at my face/hand/foot with her teeth which hurts me
