Urination delay

Dear Norman,

I have a 21 year old moggy and am extremely worried today.  I
have not seen any urine in the cat litter tray for 24 hours now.  
Can you tell me how long I should monitor this before taking her
to her local Vet

With a 21 year old, anything outside of the ordinary should go to your vet immediately.  If the cat is drinking normally, but not urinating, I would have the vet see the cat.  Feline urinary syndrome is a possibility and can be very treatable if caught early.

I would expect your vet may also want to check the kidneys for proper function as well (a simple blood panel).
