Cutting the cord of the kittens

Teresa, is there a right way in cutting the cord of the kittens that I wrote about eariler.You said that I need to tie the cord how do I do that? I have never had to do this before and I dont want to do something that will cause the death of the kittens.

Hi , just wondering how you managed with the kittens?/ and how are they doing? Teresa





you just want to use some thread or dental floss and tie it around the cord about 1/2 inch from the kittens belly..tie it tightly in  a knot...  then you CUT on the Other side of the thread... so you are going to have the thread between the scissors and the kitten.. does that make sense??
