Question
I HAVE 2 INDOOR ABYSSINIANS. A 1 YEAR OLD AND A 12 MONTH OLD, SO I HAVE KITTEN AND ADULT FOOD. THEY ARE EATING EACH OTHERS FOOD WHICH I WAS TOLD BY THE VET WASNT GOOD. MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN I STOP ONE FROM EATING THE OTHER FOOD.

Answer
If the kitten is truly 12 months old, then he's okay to be eating adult food.

Most vets I know will say it's better to feed a kitten adult food than an adult kitten food.  Kitten food is higher in fat, which can lead to obesity.  And some cats get diarrhea from kitten food, as fat can be hard to digest.

You could try feeding them a controlled portion twice a day in separate rooms, and then take away whatever is left over after, say, 15 minutes.  But if you want to free feed, it would be better to feed them both adult food.
