cat identification

Question

pic was from my phone,   i am currently fostering a kitten, a neighbor moved and claimed she couldn't catch her cat, i told her if i could catch it i would, and she said she would come get her...well, she's been in my home about 2 weeks, i've called her several times and she won't come get the kitten, she pretty much abandoned it, anyway i would like to give her away to a family looking to adopt but i can't tell what type of cat she is. she's a brown tabby color i think, her hair is med-long, her tail is really long and fluffy, please help! i would like to be able to know more about her so i can tell her potential new parents what type of cat she is.

This kitty looks like a mixed breed kitty, in her case she'd be referred to as a domestic medium hair brown and white tabby... She's very cute!
