Question
My cat has started to lose her fur on her back.  This happended the end of last winter and started to grow back.  It has started to happen again now it is winter, any suggestions what it could be or things I could so

Answer
Hi Joanne!
Cat's fur normally thickens in the winter to shield from the harsh weather.  Does she have fleas? Some cats are allergic to fleas and only one flea will cause them to bite at themselves so much that they will lose hair. If not fleas, then you really need to have her checked out as this may be some kind of hormonal problem.

God Bless,
Becky
