last year fluffy had a litter the first one came out feet firstand she had some trouble but finally deliver,ans the following night had another kitten this one was stuck w/help from vet i deliverd kitten but it died being stuck for so long.(had her at vet and they said everything looked fine  for her to deliver).could this happen again or since she had a litter it should be easier for her an she is older

In a word, yes it could happen again, but may never happen again.  These things do occur and, although inexperience may contribute, experienced queens can get into trouble also.

This is why I always counsel people to have made arrangements with their vet when things are about due.

Usually, however, after the first litter, the more experienced queen often (but not always)seems to have an easier time of it.
