HELP!!!!! My cat Baby is going Crazy!

Okay so I have this cat named Baby! He used to be this fat cat who loved to play and eat! For the past 3 months hes been constanly licking himself, scraching himself and biting himself! We had fleas this summer, but we got rid of them with that Advantage Stuff but he still keeps scraching! He recently dropped probably about 5 pounds, if you touch the spot where he constantly scratches he runs away from you like somebody would run away from a tornado, and he hides under pillows and blankets! We came home yesterday for being gone for a weekend, he had these 2 wounds; 1 looked really deep and he smelled like urine! I was going to give him a bath but I didn't want to hurt his wounds! We don't have the money to take him to the vet, is there anything else we can do to get him healed? None of my other cats have this problem! I miss my old Baby!

P.S. He was a stray we rescued a couple years ago and hes fixed!
P.P.S My 2 other cats Angel and Icisis are brothers and they were losing there hair last year but we found out it was the food we switched to. So now we feed them Iams Multiple Cat Dry Food! They've since gotten there hair back!

You must look into taking your animal to a vet. If that is financially not a good option then you need to look at either surrendering your cat to the local SPCA so that he can recieve medical treatment or see about treatment at a non profit hospital that will allow you to pay in installments or with volunteer hours. I wish that I could give you an easy answer, but this sounds medical and should be treated ASAP. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
