kitten poop

Question
Hi there. I found a newborn kitten(umbilical cord still attached) lying on the floor 2days ago. i placed it in a box before searching the area in hope of finding his mother. After searching twice, i went back to the box to check on the kitten who had turned cold. I immediately brought it home and placed towels to keep it warm. On the first night with us, he pooped a lot. Then nothing on the second day. This morning, I got up earlier than usual to feed him due to constant mewing. He drank a little before meowing non-stop. I figured he needed to poop and tried the rubbing his genitals and anus with a wet cotton bud. Then with cotton ball, but he only peed. After about 20minutes, he gave out a yellow-ish liquid or substance. I assumed he was going to poop and continued rubbing. But the kitten only continued meowing(I did try to give him the bottle again, but he rejected it and continued meowing).
Oh yes, he's rather bloated or big, at his hindleg area. Lower body, not sure what part that's called. Is it normal?

The kitten milk formula I feed him is called "PetAg KMR"

Answer
Joanna, Thanks for trying to care for this little kitten.  Try to syringe the fluid into the side of his mouth.  Just little tiny amounts at one time.  Hold his head up so he won't choke.
The poops will be liquid and yellow.  Yes, rub his belly and bottom with a cotton pad 2-3 x per day.  As far as the bloat, he may have worms.
( not much you can do for that at such a young age)

Good luck!  Wish that I could help you more.
Blessings to you
