Skiddish Cat

My 5 year old cat is very skiddish. She runs for the hills with every little move we make. She rarely wants to be petted and hides a lot. She is the youngest of three cats in my home. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Laura.  I'd isolate her for a few days, and of course, go in to play with her a lot.  Perhaps what she needs is just some one on one time with her Mom to make her come out of her shell a little bit.  That worked with my newest... she was really nervous, but I secluded her for a few days, and she was just fine after that.
