MY MOTHER CAT GAVE BIRTHY 2 DAYS AGO.SHE IS BREATHING REALLY SHALLOW AND FAST,EARS RED,NOSA WARM.MOVING CATS FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER,LEAVING OTHER KITTENS NOT ATTENDED! WHATS WRONG WITH HER./AND KITTENS?

It sounds as if she is having a physical problem of some kind. I would get her to a vet immediately.

She could have not gotten everything out when kittening and that will cause infection. She may be getting mastitis or some other infection from other causes. Only a vet will be able to evaluate and get to the bottom of the issue.

It sounds serious to me.
