Kittens - death?

My mum took 1 of my cats kittens 8 weeks old didnt act any different to any of the 5 other kittens but mum said it always felt cold and as soon as it was cuddled would go to sleep therefore thought it was just missing it mum and siblings anyhow after 4 days after she got him he had blood (pink urine) in his urine we think and today (5 day) he had died when they got home from work. Just wondering what could of caused this?  any idea? mum feels really bad

Hi Nicola, I am sorry to hear about the death of the little kitten. Had the kittens had their vaccines? It is possible the kitten could have been sick and/or had a urine infection. It is also quite possible that the kitten could have been injured and had some internal damage. Is it possible that the kitten could have fallen or been injured in some way??
