weird habit

I have three cats two one year old brothers and a two year old. The oldest will chase down one of the kittens and will chew on the back of his neck. The big one only does it to the same one every time. Is this normal and if not how do I stop it?

as long as the oldest one isn't hurting the kitten and the kitten doesn't mind, don't worry about it

if its a problem..whenever you see him do it, have your spray bottle ready and squirt him with water..that will send him running  If you do it every time then he will associate the behavior with something negative (cats hate getting wet) and eventually stop
