old cat and delicate tummy

Hi, I'm writing because I have 2 cats, one aged around 10 or 11, and another that is 2 years old.  My older cat has developed food allergies, and I was told by my vet to switch her foods around often to prevent her from developing another allergy.  Well, her stomach seems to be sensitive because she vomits often, and sometimes has trouble with leaving little spots of stool.  I should also let you know that she is a very anxious cat, and in the past I have used herbal supplements for her (she used to pull her fur out).  My 2 year old is usually fine, but sometimes I think that food switching is upsetting his stomach as well.  Any suggestions?

Hi Angela and the 2 cats!  Well, sounds like we can make a suggestion or two in supplements for the cat kids.
I would like you to give both of them a Wet canned food /
See if you can get the Innova for cats or Wellness for cats brands from the local pet store... Very good and I like to see all cats getting some wet canned food per day.  HELPS with the kidney health/ so get the wet canned quality brands.  

Now, for the old cat kid - how about some "vitamin E" - just poke a needle thru and squeeze out onto his food / just 1 x per day - See if you can find the 150 IU or 200 IU of Vit E.  
Offer this for 2 weeks daily, then continue every-other-day for 1 month.  Very safe and will help his system.

BEST wishes - I would switch just a small amount between your brand of cat food and a few other holistic brands...  I don't like changing too much - I know your vet suggested to switch out the foods often.  ( don't do it too often)
