I woke up this morning to find my cat had vomited twice and there were a few other areas that looked like blood tinged urine but did not smell like urine.  He is also very thirsty.  Could this be a UTI?

It could be a UTI but male cats are very prone to urinary blockages and the straining to urinate will often cause them to vomit.  Most times they are only able to urinate very small amounts of bloody urine.  Not being able to urinate makes them very sick, very quick.  Therefore, you should take him to the vet asap!
