pekingese is shaking,

Question
my 2 year pekingese female for 3 hours is shaking, doesn;t want to eat, when husband picked her up she grunted.  i hear gastric sounds, she keeps raising her head like she is sniffing the air, i am rubbing her all over and she doesn't seems to be in pain,  they jump a lot and i try to stop that but the mom, sammy i am writing about and her husband momo and daughter layla, and son achary are very active, and play and fight a lot, and are constantly running and chasing each other,  i am with them 24 seven or my husband is, they do not leave our yard, and have had all their shots. any ideas, will she be okay until vet tomorrow,  thanks debbie  918 286 3238

Answer
She will most likely be fine. She probably pulled a muscle or hurt her back while playing. Or one of the other dogs might have scared her by hurting her but not really badly.
The vet can find the sore spots if she has some.
You may give her a quarter of a buffered aspiring or baby aspirin if you want. DO NOT give her Tylenol or Ibuprofen or anything that says Non-aspirin pain reliever.
