8 week old puppy recovering from demonex

Sugar I have an 8 week old husky we rescued and took in she is recovering from demonex, and has a bald spot between her eyes the size of a fifity-cent piece and one under her right armpit, We were wondering and forgot to ask the vet if her fur will grow back? if so how long will it take? and is there anything we can do or put on her to help with it growing back? I've included an image of the damage it did to her forehead and see what you think, Thank you for you time.

Are you sure she is clean? Has the vet done a few scrapings on her skin to find out whether or not the mange is completely gone?
That is a huge spot and it is really lumpy too, which it shouldn't be on that area of skin.

If she is clean then it can take up to 6 weeks for the hair to grow completely back. I would just be concerned that it isn't gone.

What was she treated with and for how long?
