My pig is loosing all his hair, what can I do for him I think it might be mange.

Hi Patty.  Generally when a pig loses hair it's one of two things.  Scurvy (which is a vitamin C deficiancy) or mites.  Guinea pigs do not make their own vitamin C, and need plenty of supplements.  Make sure your piggie gets a slice of apple or orange per day.
Mites can be cured with specialty shampoos.
I think it would be best if you took your pig to the vet to have this treated, as he may need some prescription medications to be well again.
