my puppy is about 8-9 weeks old. he hasnt been eating or drinking coughing up clear stuff and has the runs. we would like to know what we can do for him we have a droper and we have been able to get a little water in him   thanks

It sounds like your puppy has Parvo-Virus. This is a deadly virus and this dog needs supportive care right away. An eyedropper won't get enough fluids into him to help him survive.

You need to get him into the vet's as soon as you can.Parvo is a virus that is spread by air, by other dogs and by you getting it on you and bringing it into the house. Young puppies that are not vaccinated are at the most risk with vaccinated ones still getting it but they have a better chance at surviving it.

Call the vets right away!
