Urgent Need Help

I have a 4yr old black lab pit mix.... A few months ago she came in from outside and her left side of her face was swollen. In a weeks time she had lost a lot of weight from her back end. I have been feeding her canned foods and table scraps for the past month to try and get some weight on her. Now she is having problems getting up walking down stairs ect....PLEASE HELP

This was urgent a month ago. Now she is in a critical stage and needs a vet to see her asap.
Your dog needs to see a vet, needs some serious blood work and an examination all over her to see what it wrong with her.

What was her face swollen from? What did the vet say then when you took her in for that? I don't see how that has anything to do with her having spinal issues but she really needs to see a vet now. Don't wait another month. Get her in tomorrow. Most of the vets are open.
