Hamsters eyes

Hi,

I was just cleaning out my hamster and I noticed her eyes are bulging. She is quite old, 2 years and 3 months. She is active and seems ok other than this. Should I take her to the vet, is there anything I can do?

At her age it might not be so much that her eyes are bulging but that she is a little dehydrated and is shrinking a bit from old age.
