Question
QUESTION: Hello, I spoke to you about my dog being allergic.  Recommended Benadryl, Salmon Oil, Wellness Core, Oatmeal baths, Hot spot relief.  My dog was still getting worst so I took him to my vet.  They uped the dose of Benadryl and put him on Cephalexin.  This was on Thursday.  He seems to be still getting worst.  Do you think he will get worst before getting better, or should I take him in again?  I feel so helpless, especially knowing he is suffering and sore.

ANSWER: Brenda - are you feeding the Wellness Core?  Also, did you get some NuVET Plus for him?  - here is the link - guaranteed to help skin and coat issues or your money back:

Also, it can take a little bit of time for everything to kick in.
What do you mean by worst?  How can you tell he is suffering?  Can you be very descriptive for me?

Thanks

QUESTION: I did get the Wellness core, Salmon oil, oatmeal shampoo, benadryl, hot spot relief, and antibiotics.  I didn't get the NuVet Plus.  Worst I mean, the red bumps/Skaps are spreading. They are now on his mouth, armpits, belly, etc. Suffering I mean, more scratching, sores opening & bleeding including the one on his mouth/lip.

Answer
Hi - Oh, poor kid -
If he does have environmental allergens hitting him the NuVET will help - and if not, they will refund you...

It will only cost you .55 cents per day ( if he is under 90 lbs) - over 90 lbs he would need 2 wafers and that would be about 1.10 per day.

As for food - it can take a little time to get better - you can make your own food if you would like to try - I can send you an easy recipe  - YOU can freeze it and just take out what you need each day.

Call Joan today - she can sent the NuVET right out to you - 1-800-474-7044 ext 265  ( tell her marie sent you - 81098 )

Your vet can give him a steroid shot but there are side effects - YOU can do this short term - it is helpful for a few weeks - takes the itch away.

sorry, I wish I could do more for you .  Keep using the hot spot treatments.  If you can find the TEA TREE oil hot spot that is a great spray - ask Joan to send you some -
NuVET sells a great one - TEA tree oil helps with healing.
NuVET is not sold in stores
They can get it out to you in a few days..if you call now.

BEST of luck to you two!

Marie
