My older dog still loves to eat but she is all bones,she seems to be emaciated now she has severe diahrea what can I do?

Hello - YOU may want to make a visit to the vet.  I just wonder if she is dehydrated...?  I would be glad to help you with diet and supplements.  Please see the vet first and then let me know what happens.  Good Luck
