Dog ate rotten rabbit

Question
My dog dug up and ate the intestines out of a very rotten rabbit on Thursday.  Yesterday she woke up very lethargic and is still lethargic.  She has not eaten (other than some bribes like cheese), is not interested in water, and is dry hacking (sounds like a cough, like she needs to throw up but can't).  She is urinating normally but I don't believe she has moved her bowels.  Can I assume she made herself sick eating the rotten rabbit and that it will play itself out?
Thanks!!

Answer
Jan, please take her to the vet.  YOU  don't wait it out on this one!

Good luck
