Scabs on neck of Boston Terrier

Hi,
  I adopted a French Bulldog approximately 1 month ago.  He is 4 years old and just wonderful.  Very docile.  I also have a Boston Terrier who is one year, 4 months old.  I have had him since a puppy.  They both get along great.  They love to play.  However, when the Frenchie plays he must be biting my Boston's neck.  I know this is how dogs play, but I have noticed that there are many scabs on my Boston's neck.  I know this is from the Frenchie nipping him.  He never cries and they just keep playing.  What can I do for this?  I am so concerned.  They really do like each other and get along so well.  I will be going to the vet in another week or so (for my Boston's yearly exam) and just wanted to know if maybe there is a cream or a salve I can put on these bumps.  Thanking you in advance.  Annette

Hello Annette - Oh, how rough pups will play!!!  Yes, I have some ideas for both your kid's health and wellness:
