Of course the best thing is mom's milk but if she is gone then you need puppy milk replacer like Nurturall or Espilac. Get a newborn bottle and the milk from your vet.

DO NOT feed any cows milk as that will give them diarrhea which can become very serious.
As far as amounts follow the instructions on the cartons of milk.
