7-in-1 vaccination

Question
is it safe to give a dog the 7-in-1 vaccination when the only other vaccination ever given was when she was first-born ? she is now 9 mos. old.

She should have 2 vaccinations given 2-4 weeks apart to be completely protected.  One single vaccination will not protect her.  I currently use Fort Dodge Duramune Max 5-4L for all the dogs--occasionally they may have a reaction, but your veterinarian can discuss that with you further.   She should also have a stool sample checked and be tested for heartworm disease and then start a monthly preventative.

And as a sidenote....You are very lucky she didn't pick up parvovirus as a pup!  We had an outbreak a few months back.
