cure??

Question
I have a female dog that recently has been licking her private area alot. I figured she was just in heat, but she's also been whining while doing it. I'm thinking maybe she has vaginitis, or maybe even a UTI and i was wondering how do you cure those things?

Hi Rebecca - You can take her into the vet for a check and some blood work.  The urine will smell very strong if she has a UTI.
