Senior Cat Smelling Like Urine

Cat-Female-18-Calico. Two months ago I noticed an order on her, it smells like urine. She was treated for an UTI 3wks ago and given an IV. She still stinks. She eats like a pig, uses the litter box and grumpy as ever, she just stinks. Could the order be the beginning of CRF, is it a symptom?

Wow, congratulations on having a cat live to 18 years old.  I would recommend that your veterinarian perform some bloodwork on your kitty.  Yes, CRF is a disease that can cause these symptoms, but so can other diseases common in senior cats.  Bloodwork and a urinalysis should help your veterinarian determine what is going on.
