i  had  got  my  puppy  a  couple  of  weeks  ago  and  gave  her  first  shot  on  december  18th  2009  i  was  wondering  when  am  i  supposed  to  get  her  next  one and she  just  made  9  weeks  thursday

Your puppy needs a vaccination every three weeks until she is 16 weeks old. She should also be on heartworm prevention and be given a wormer now and once more in 10 days after that dose.

If your vet didn't give you a puppy kit and set up a vaccination schedule with you then go in there and ask them why they didn't. These are the best way to keep you and the dog on track and prevent diseases such as parvo virus and heartworms.

Keeping a schedule of vaccinations is extremely important to prevent parvo virus.

So mark it on your calendar for now but call the vet tomorrow or go in there and ask them for a schedule and a puppy kit. If they don't have them find a new vet as this one doesn't care enough to care for his/her clients.
