Black Bear Hamster Help PLEASE

Question
My Black bear whom I have had for about 6 months has developed a black scab on her nose and there is an outer rim of no hair around it. What is wrong? What can i do?

She can answer your questions. If she cannot, then call your local pet store. They sell a lot of hamsters and can probably answer this question.
