my guinea pig

hi there
my guinea pig will not stop chewing his wire cage it scares me because he already broke a tooth from doing this before. i took him to the vet they said give him unlimited timothy hay and plenty of attention and i do both of.
he's out of his cage 3 hours a day and he does have a really big cage. i dont want to put him in a tub cage then he couldnt see out of it.
please help thanks so much

Hi Ally!  Guinea pigs love to chew.  It may be helpful to get him some special chew treats and toys that are specifically made for guinea pigs.  You can find these at any pet store.  This will hopefully satisfy his need for chewing!  I hope this helps!
