What is the best way to stop my 3 Bichons from urinating on the new plants I've planted along by backyard fence line?

Answer
Get them neutered if they are not. I have rarely seen a neutered dog mark anything that wasn't already scent marked by another dog, cat or whatever.

If that isn't the issue then you can fence them off, or get one of the repellents that are sold in pet stores. Orange peels or spray might also work since dogs do not like the smell of citrus.
