2 week old Kitten

I have 2 week old kittens. One of them seems like it is having seizures. It twitches and rolls it's eyes back in it's head and then seems to become limp. Is this normal?

The symptoms you describe are not normal at all.  Have your kitten examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  

Make sure your kittens are still nursing from the mother or  make sure you are providing proper nutrition for the kittens if their mother is not able to nurse.

Your veterinarian can determine why the kitten is exhibiting such symptoms.
