Boston Terrier

I have a Boston Terrier and lately I noticed there is a quite odoriferous secretion forming under her tail. I swabbed it with a quetip and semed yellow/brown in color, sort of oily. Do you have any idea what this could be?
Again it is under her tail/nub and not near the anus. Thanks in advance.

It is most likely from her anal glands (scent glands).  This is a normal secretion and if often secreted during a bowel movement or when scared or stressed.  Just use baby wipes to keep her clean.  If her rectal area is red or swollen, then you should take her to the vet to have her glands expressed.
