Veternarians

I would like to know which agency of state goverment regulates veternarians in the state of Ohio. My son recently took his year old boxer to a veterinary to be spayed and she got a severe infection from the procedure and now is near death. Does this happen frequentley at other clinics? I understand this at least the third or fourth time at his particuler place that this has happened. Thank you for your assistance.

you want to contact the Board of Veterinary Medicine for Ohio. Do a search on the net for it.

good luck with the dog, and NO secondary infections from spays are not common when a dog is near death. minor complications such as suture reactions are more common.
