my little brothers hamster is dieing plz help

hello my name is kim i was seaching on the net to find someone who could help when i found this page ... well its know been more then one month and my lil brothers hamster is starting to grow patchs of gals on its back .. it cant even open its eyes anymore ... it really does not look to good...
it has troble walking.. we really dont know what to do and my mom does not want to bring it to the vet... i think its got a kind of worm in its body...it used to be a really healty hamster... it is know so sick my mother does not want it to stay in my brothers room.... please write back

Hi Kim!

You really need to take your hamster to the vet.This could be many things.Without veterinarian care,you won't be able to find out the exact problem and treatment.If your hamster is 2 years old,there is a possibility that it is just old age.This does sound like something minor that needs to be treated as soon as possible.Without veterinary care,your hamster could die.This could be a serious disease.If you guys are in money trouble with no money to pay your vet,your vet might be able to make you a deal.Eack week or month,you could pay him bits of the money you owe him,like $10 each time until you are all paid off.Try asking him this because your hamster does need help immediately,no matter what the cost.
