infected scratch

Question

I have 2 tom cats that are kept indoors. They where
wrestling the other day, the 7 year old tom got scratched on
his chin, and now it seems to be starting to get infected or
something. It is starting to swell a bit, but not alot.
Sense I noticed the cut, Ive been really keeping an eye on
it! I noticed today that when he licks himself, he sometimes
flinches as to act like that it might hurt him a bit when he
rubs on it. What can I do?

If you can find some good quality Colloidal Silver (clear, 500 parts per million) locally, use it on him internally and externally and it should also clear up quickly.
