pet transportation

I am trying to find a way to relocate my pet dog from Kefalonia in Greece to England in August of this year.  We cannot drive home with her as she is motion sick in the car.  The dog will be able to travel any time from 12th August when it is six months from her successful rabies antibodies blood test.  Can you help me please?
