traveling with 7months old kitten to czech republic

Hi Rachel,,could you tell me please what I need to do to take my 7months old kitten from England(I bought it here) to Czech republic,We are moving there and are not planing to bring the cat back to UK,,We are traveling by car,,thank you

Hi Sarka,

Thank you for your inquiry.  You will need an EU Pet Passport for your kitten, which you should be able to get from your local vet in the UK.  Please bear in mind that it will be very difficult to get your cat back into the UK if you want to go back as the UK is rabies-free and once you leave, you have to do a lot of steps to get a pet back in to the rabies-free zone.
